You desperately need to do something about your Yelp rating. There are 6 reviews in total, and all but one are 1-star reviews.  You're averaging 1.5 stars.  The only good review is from a person who has never given a review, except for your shop, which he gave you a 5-star review. That makes it look like a planted fake review.

Attending training meetings would help, also.
