I have programs in place that are working good. I was looking to see the details of other programs out there. I have 3 tire and automotive stores with 45 employess and am always looking for betters ways to motivate.

Hi Alex, I found your site threw the article in the "Tire Business". You may already know this, but they had a typo in your web address, they used Autoshopowners.com. Never the less I still found you and others will as well. Great idea on the web site. I have been thinking of doing the same, but glad you took the time to do it. Thanks much!
