Hello Everyone, I just joined the forum. There seems to be a ton of great information here. I actually don't own/manage a shop but I'm hoping to open a repair shop in March. If you guys won't mind I'm gonna ask a gazillion questions relating to shop startup so that I can develop a good business plan. Thanks in advance Greg
