    Isolating a customer’s concerns about a fluid leak can be difficult at times. A proper customer interview is performed by asking the right questions. It is important to get the correct information to the technician. The wrong information may cause the technician to go in the wrong direction, wasting valuable labor time.
    For example, when a customer states that his transmission fluid is leaking, we need to keep an objective mind. The customer may be thinking transmission fluid because of the reddish color of the fluid he sees on the ground. Some car companies, such as General Motors, use reddish color antifreeze, which can be mistaken for transmission fluid.....
