  1. Site looks good but where is yor shop? When I click on maps and directions it brings me to a shop in Florida.
  2. I decided to give it a try because only the wholesale clubs have it and dealers are starting to offer it. No independents that I know have it. The Nitrofill program seemed like the least expensive and had the other selling points that came along with it. My investment was $500 plus the rental of cylinders. To answer your question there is not a big demand for it here at this point. They say that you must educate customers on its benefits. I also thought it would be good for vehicles with TPMS. I hear that in Florida where the company is from it is big. It is not easy to sell although the program with the Auto Club is a great deal for the consumer. I used it on all my personal vehicles and used the towing service on my wife's vehicle once. You really do not have much to lose if you go with Nitrofill.
  3. I would not spend that kind of money on nitro machine. I currently use Nitrofill which has a great program and they will supply you with the machine and each fill allows you to sell a roadside assistance package with the service. Check them out at www.nitrofill.com
  4. I was just wondering how many use the odd number method. I don't need it to avoid conflict with the customer. I try to never talk about the rate and if asked I say it depends on the job.
  5. Just wanted some opinions on labor rates. The management teachers always say to charge an uneven amount like 82.74 so it is harder for the customer to figure out. How many use this method and is it a good idea? Dealerships do not do this and they have no problem making lots of money.
  6. I got the same coupon and also would like some feedback on those who have been successful with this type of marketing
  7. Visit My Website This is a fairly new site. Open to any feedback or suggestions. Thanks, Gary Armando
  8. I would like some feedback from those who have been using BG products. Which ones should I start out with? Which ones are you using the most of? I have a customer who is bringing their car in for 45K service and it says "install BG service kit".
  9. Anyone out there have loaner cars? I am in NJ and insurance is high here. My agent sounds like nobody wants to insure loaners but I know of shops in other parts of the country that seem to do well with them. Any feedback on this subject would be appreciated. If you can refer me to insurance companies that would be good for this that would be good. Gary
