    I just started using them. They have a lot of things to offer. They seem to get the weaknesses of Mitchell and come up with solutions. They have a lube sticker printing software program that calculates the next service by your choice of good-better-best oil change with intervals set by you. The next service due is calculated by miles per day if the vehicle has prior service history. Then it will automatically set the next appointment on the calendar. In speaking with them they have been very helpful when I have questions as there are many features that they offer. They have weekly webinars on using the program. They have different invoice layouts that are easier for the customer to understand like grouping each labor op separately by part, labor and total for each job. They are customizable as well.

    28.00 + tax. What I find is the only ones who complain are the ones who just come in with a flat and want a quick fix and probably won't be back for anything else anyway. I always start by explaning that the plugs from the outside are only temporary and that the patch plug is the approved method of repair.

    The fact that most businesses offer mediocre customer service at best should make it an easy way to gain a competetive edge. Engage with customers, give them what they want and constantly educate and inform them of what you are doing and why. Tell them about the benefits of your service. Do this as the owner and then get your employees to follow your example.

    Thats what it sounds like, it sure sounds good but I will road test it and let you know. The good thing is there is no contract.

    I am using Demandforce and my contract is up. I dont like contracts and am going to sign up with Mitchell. They have a lot of new things. There is no contract so I'm going to try it out. I'll let you know how it goes....

    I can't stand when the government has to step in and try to solve every little stupid problem. We always like to blame our leaders, government, politicians for the problems in our country but until individuals and families and business owners get in order we will continue down this path we've been on. I mean come on give me a break we need laws to tell us how to fix a tire right?

    Great one Gonzo! It's funny after 28 years in the automotive repair field I only had 3 ASE certs. They just expired so I renewed them and got one more and am scheduled for 2 more this month. The title Certified definitely carries weight. After being a master all these years I might as well have the patch. Also you are master at writing, keep up the good work.... G

    I'm hearing the same from my brother who is a service advisor for Mercedes. They are really cracking down on the times and what they will allow with the warranty work. In turn nobody wants the warranty work. I'm glad I dont have a new vehicle that needs warranty work.
