It is not the building as much as location, location, location. However, you tend to have nice buildings in more desirable locations. It is hard to get the more upscale customers to travel to a poor location. Our franchise likes to locate their stores in destination locations. Old buildings can be successfully renovated but do you want to do that in a poor location? However, from what I can tell you are locate in a small community. I think location is less important in those situation than it is in larger cities. I use to live in a city of about 6,000. For example there the brokerage firm I did business with got away with an office on the less desirable side of town. However, they renovated the old building and made it look nice inside and out.
