My name is Robert Depontes. I have always been a bit of a gear head. From a young age, I would always help my dad work on the family cars. In high school one of my favorite classes was Auto Shop. I have always loved automobiles and the Automotive Business.

After 6 years in Army Intelligence I returned home and got an outside sales position with a local Tire & Auto Repair Facility. This was the launch into my career in Automotive Shop Management. In the 30 years since then, I have developed a passion for management excellence and small local shops are my forte.

I believe small business is the back bone of this country and small independent shops are the back bone of the automotive repair industry.

I love this business and all that it is about. I pursue excellence and I will do it for your shop!
