A friend and I are looking for a 4-6 bay shop in the San Diego area. General repair. Looking to buy an existing shop that may be partially or fully equipped, needs updating, owner retiring, something along those lines. Prefer ongoing but will consider recently closed or vacated properties.
Any leads would be appreciated. We have been looking at a few sites for leads, loopnet, craigs, bizbuysell but if there are other resources you can direct us towards, that would be much appreciated.
I have long history in sales, did three ground up starts in janitorial that all did very well and long time shadetree mechanic/reseller. partner is long time UTI grad, mechanic, SA and franchised dealer Service Manager.
