Sometimes, after a customer opts to move forward with a service, they approach the vehicle with a heightened state of awareness regarding the system serviced. Is it possible that this condition was always present and is inherent to the vehicle? In your professional opinion, does this vehicle have a legitimate condition/abnormality.
