This photo was shot on a blustery winter day. It was the coldest winter on record for our area.

We were on I-15 with a 250K/day traffic count. Our property line was 90 feet away from the right hand lane of the freeway. I had big plans for the $100K sign than never did materialize because I sold the business before I could put up the sign. The sign itself is a rendering that was Photoshopped into the real picture.
