Hi,

We've owned our shop for 13 years, have had the same main mechanic for about 20 years. Two techs total. Feeling like were drowning and falling behind with all the new cars coming out. Looking for any suggestions with inexpensive or free training for newer cars.

I see the Napa Autocare Logo, have you looked at www.napaautocare.com? There is a lot of training available there. Both self paced on the web & instructor lead. Is there a Napa Business Development Group in your area? In our group we are constantly bringing training to Sacramento, and we decide what classes we want rather than waiting for whatever a vendor decides to bring. This month we have a management class for Service Advisors & Owners. We are also organizing our 3rd "Advenced Hybrid Class".

Good Luck,
