Greetings, Gonzo! How you feeling? I have been tied up, but dropping by to see how you are doing. I hope you are feeling much better and keeping up your spirits. Cheers from me and my crew!

I'm doing better every day. Still not allowed to lift more than ten pounds.... but I've only got another week before that should change. Walking about 2 or 3 miles a day with the mrs. Lost 20 lbs so far... no beer...that'll do it. Lol. Hey, it's all about life changes at this point. Hopefully I can play golf in a few months. Anyway, working from home on a few manuals and service info for haynes, it's keeping me busy...for now. Next week I'm substitute teaching at a tech school for a week or so. So, I may not be turning wrenches... I'm still in the biz.

Great to hear Gonzo ! I need to do some more walking myself.. You know the story with my wife, after that life change I lost about 35lbs and have kept it off... haven't had a drink in over 4 years and haven't had a smoke in over 3 years.. After a while the diet change and lifestyle change just becomes normal..  Keep up the good work!

Gonzo, great news you are doing so well! It is good that you are staying active, keeps you in focused in getting well. You are in our thoughts and prayers, and your family too. Be patient with people and yourself, give yourself extra time and don't rush to heal, even though it can feel frustrating not being able to do some simple tasks and chores. Soon enough you will be all heal up, God willing. -Harry
