Ratchet and Wrench Performance Survey, worth the money?

This month's ratchet and wrench has a cool survey they put together. If you want the comprehensive version you have to pay $69.95. I am a little peeved because I swear it was $24.95 not a week ago when it first appeared.

 

Anyone buy it? is it worth getting?

I too am curious if I'd gain anything else from the packet. I might take the plunge, it's not a whole lot of money.

I bought it for 24.95. Lots of good information. Also gave me some confidence to reevaluate my labor rate!

I'll likely buy the survey this weekend. I think with just the free information provided, most shops can probably make a few informed changes to their business and see a return. I myself just added 2 charts to my spreadsheet of KPIs

bought it, it was mehhhh. I get a decent amount of good information from their trade publication so I don't mind sending a little $ there way but strictly speaking I don't think it was worth it.

It' seems like a basic sales pitch. I have attended management suscess and wasn't blown away with it. It wasn't bad, just nothing earth shattering.
